24 fresh or frozen raspberries
1 can frozen berry juice mix
2 quarts water
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
lemon slices
Mix berry juice concentrate according to package directions. Pour into 2 ice cube trays. Add a raspberry to each section of the ice cube tray. Freeze.
In a large pot, mix 2 quarts of water with sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer until sugar dissolves. Remove pot from heat. Add lemon juice. Chill completely. Serve with lemon slices and prepared raspberry ice cubes.
