Cheese Sauce

from Melanie Seeloff

2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and stir constantly for about 1 minute. Add milk and stir constantly until thickened but not boiling. Remove from heat, and add cheese. Stir until cheese melts.

Serve on broccoli or cauliflower or as the sauce for macaroni and cheese.
