from Gerri Bowers | makes about 3 cups
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
1 unpeeled orange cut into sliced and seeded
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Place half the cranberries and half the orange in a food processor. Process until mixture is evenly chopped. Transfer to a medium sauce pan. Repeat with remaining cranberries and orange slices. Cook until cranberries begin to soften and get juicy. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Store in refrigerator. Add chopped nuts just before serving.
