6 cups sweet potatoes, cooked
4 eggs
2 Tbs. vanilla
1 c. butter
Topping:
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter, softened
Mix the sweet potatoes with eggs, vanilla, and butter. Place in a casserole dish. Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle crumbs on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 305* for 30 minutes.
