1 lb. Oreo cookies (3 sleeves)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
milk or dark chocolate pieces
Grind up cookies in food processor to a fine powder. Blend cookie powder, cream cheese and vanilla until mixed thoroughly. Roll into small balls and place on waxed paper. Refrigerate 45 minutes.
Dip balls in melted chocolate and refrigerate 10 minutes. Drizzle with white chocolate (optional). Refrigerate until serving.
