Pecan Pie Filling
from Terry Kint
2 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
pinch of salt
2 Tbs. melted butter
1 Tbs. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pecan halves
Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake 1 hour at 300*.
