1 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
5 Tbs. softened butter
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 can solid packed pumpkin
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350*. Combine flour and brown sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter to make a crumb mixture. Stir in nuts. Set aside 3/4 cup of this mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture into bottom of cake pan. Bake in oven for 15 min. Cool slightly. Combine cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, eggs, cinnamon, allspice and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Blend until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Sprinkle reserved topping. Bake an additional 30-35 min. Cool before cutting into bars. Refrigerate until serving.
