2 lb. tilapia fillets
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 Tbs. mayonnaise
2 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1. Mix all ingredients, except fish, in a small bowl.
2. Broil fish 2-3 minutes per side.
3. Spread mixture on fish. Broil 2-3 more minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
