1/4 c butter
1 onion chopped
1 1/2 cup water
3 tsp. beef bouillon
1/4 c flour
Sauté onions in butter in a medium saucepan. Add water and bring to a boil in a small to medium pan. Add beef bouillon and stir occasionally until dissolved. Mix flour with a little water until smooth and add to pan. Continue to cook and stir until mixture thickens.
