Salt (2 tablespoon)
Soy sauce (2 tablespoon)
Five Spice (1/2 tablespoon)
Sesame oil (3 tablespoon)

Mix pork, onions, oils, and seasonings together. Put a small amount in a wrap. Moisten the edges and form into dumplings. Fill a large stockpot about halfway with water. Bring to a boil again and add cold water. When water comes to a boil the 3rd time, the dumplings are ready.
