Pineapple Angel Food Muffins

1 box of angel food cake mix
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Combine pineapple with juice and cake mix. Stir until well blended. Stir in coconut.

Pour into cake pan, Bundt pan, or prepared muffin cups.
Bake at 350* until golden brown on top.
